Data and Image Accuracy
The data and images provided by Endless Supplies Corporation under this Agreement have been subjected to numerous control mechanisms to ensure its’ accuracy. At all times, Endless Supplies Corporation will use best efforts to maintain its accuracy. However, if at any time the data or images provided are incorrectly priced or below fair market value or availability has substantially changed or image or descriptions contain inaccuracies, Endless Supplies Corporation shall not be held responsible or liable, furthermore Endless Supplies Corporation reserves the right to reject any orders placed based on this erroneous information.
The data and images provided herein at all times shall remain the property of Endless Supplies Corporation or the original Copyright owner. Endless Supplies Corporation customers shall take commercially reasonable steps to make sure this data is secured from any unauthorized use, copying or transmission, downloading, or other distribution. Further, this information shall not be used by the Endless Supplies Corporation customer for unauthorized purposes.
Some items requiring special handling such as fuels; cannot ship via US Postal Service. These items in such a case must ship FedEx or UPS Ground. If US Postal Service option is selected, it will be changed to FedEx or UPS without notification.
PO Boxes and APO addresses cannot ship via FedEx and will be delivered via the US Postal Service.
Deadlines for Shipments
We will ship all orders within one business day of receipt. Should you require next day delivery service, we offer it. In next day delivery cases we require those orders to be placed prior to 2 pm Eastern Time Zone.
We are NOT responsible for any duties and/or import taxes associated with any International Order. All charges relating to duties, taxes, permits, customs and broker fees are the sole responsibility of you, the buyer.
Certain products are not available for export due to restrictions by the vendor. Please check with your Sales Representative for details.
You are responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information for all orders. Any charges incurred with returns or extra charges billed by freight companies due to erroneous information will be your responsibility.
Tracking Your Orders
As each order is shipped, we will transmit to you via email a tracking number in which you can monitor the delivery of each shipment. We also offer a convenient Track Your Order page that you can add a tracking number to and find the location of your shipment. It is located on our Home Page.
Hassle Free Returns
Our top priority is to provide the best service possible and if you don’t love what you ordered, we don’t want you to keep it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in original condition for a full refund or exchange.
No questions asked return policy contains two requirements (1) the item must be returned in new condition in its original packaging, and (2) contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Electronic orders via our website may be transmitted to us 24 hours a day seven days per week and they will be executed in the order received. We also have an automated email ordering system available at no charge upon request.

In Stock and Back Ordered Products
If all of the products on your order are in stock, we will ship the order within 24 hours, typically the same day that the order is placed.
Any orders that are only partially in stock or not in stock at all will not be sent. Our live website has stock availability that can be viewed at any time.
In the event that a product is not available, we offer an automatic email notification that will let you know when it comes back into stock.
Accounts will be billed before orders are shipped.
